Policy on Non-Discrimination

HavServe Volunteer Service Network Inc. (HavServe) does not promote or discriminate against any person, group, or organization with regard to categories protected by applicable United States law, as well as other categories identified by HavServe in alignment with our own Human Resources policies.  These include, but are not limited to, race, color, religion, sex, gender expression, physical appearance, language, educational background, national origin, age, disability, and veteran status.

Volunteers must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of the above grounds in order to volunteer with HavServe. External evidence, such as negative publicity or social media posts, that reveals such discrimination, hate speech, or disrespectful or bullying behavior, as determined by HavServe in its sole discretion, may be taken into consideration.

HavServe seeks to support activities and partner with organizations that cooperate with our non-discrimination policy.
