HavServe may consider relevant external evidence—including public statements or social media posts—that demonstrates discrimination, hate speech, disrespectful conduct, or bullying. HavServe reserves the right to determine whether such conduct conflicts with its mission, values, policies, or the safety and dignity of the people it serves.
